At Criterion Cellular, the optimum performance of your system is our number one priority. Our reputation rests on a well-performing system.
In the rare case something in your system isn’t working correctly, our goal is to get your system back up and running with a minimum of effort on your part. We work with you to troubleshoot issues and give you clear direction on how to get equipment replaced or repaired.
We handle the repair or replacement of defective components and deal with the manufacturer, where applicable, so you don’t have to. In most cases, the only thing you may need to do is return the defective product to us. In many cases, we can arrange advance replacement of defective components to reduce system downtime.
Most items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the product type and brand.
This Warranty & Service Guarantee applies to defective, failed, or dead-on-arrival equipment. For returns involving unused, non-defective merchandise, please review our Return Policy.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Products that have been altered or modified
Our Service Guarantee
We guarantee that all products shipped from our facility are new (unless otherwise stated) and in working condition. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA), please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange replacement or repair.

We aim to respond to all warranty or service inquiries within 24 hours at the latest.
