Warranty / Service Guarantee
Criterion Cellular stands behind the quality of the products we supply. Most items are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the product type and brand. Warranty documentation is available upon request.
Warranty Coverage
Our role is to facilitate warranty support between the customer and the manufacturer. We will assist in verifying purchase information, providing contact details for the manufacturer, and helping initiate a warranty claim where applicable.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Products that have been altered or modified
Our Service Guarantee
We guarantee that all products shipped from our facility are new (unless otherwise stated) and in working condition. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange for replacement or warranty processing.
Requesting Support
To request warranty or service support, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Order number or invoice reference
- Product serial number (if available)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or documentation if applicable
We aim to respond to all warranty or service inquiries within 1–2 business days. In most cases, repairs or replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer, though we will assist as much as possible throughout the process.
