What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept business checks, ACH bank transfers, and Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Do you offer credit terms?

We're sorry, but we no longer accept credit cards.

How do I submit a purchase order?

Please email your purchase order to your sales representative to ensure it’s entered properly into our system.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. We will send you a PDF confirmation once your order is processed.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within two weeks.

Can I use my own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, etc.)?

Yes. We can ship using your carrier if arrangements are made prior to placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as each package ships.

Can I pick up my order locally?

No. We do not offer will-call pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your location.

Do you provide installation services?

We no longer offer installation services. However, we work closely with your contractor to ensure proper installation and testing.

Can you help us choose the right equipment for our building?

Absolutely. We tailor each system specifically to your building's requirements to ensure optimal performance.

What happens if my equipment arrives damaged or doesn't work?

While rare, if this occurs, please call us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement and resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Do you offer formal quotes for large jobs or contractors?

Yes. We provide formal quotes for all jobs prior to placing an order.

Can you handle special or custom orders?

Absolutely. Special and custom orders are part of our standard sales process.

Contractor-Specific

I’m a cabling contractor. Can I resell your systems and install them for my customer?

Yes! This is a growing part of our business. We design the system, provide the equipment, and you handle the installation using the schematics and documentation we supply.

Do you compete with contractors by contacting their end customer directly?

Absolutely not. Once you're working with a customer, they remain your customer — we will never bypass or quote them directly.

Will you communicate directly with my customer or only with me?

That’s entirely up to you. In most cases, we coordinate with you based on the information you gather from your customer.
