Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cables (including custom-made cables)
- Products that were installed or attempted to be installed
- Damaged or modified items
- Connectors that were installed or installation was attempted
- Custom-configured components such as BDAs (Bi-Directional Amplifiers), combiners, or filters
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Process
To begin the return process, please email our Customer Service team at (Email Protected – Turn on JavaScript to view) or call (800) 238-2811. Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
Any return received without an RMA number will be refused or returned to the sender.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will promptly exchange it at no additional cost to you.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns of non-defective merchandise or items ordered in error.
