How to improve or boost wireless cellphone reception in a brick house or
building

A very common problem is getting wireless cellphone reception in a brick house or building. The problem occurs when you have signal blocking materials (like brick) that make up the sides of the building. Add to that energy efficient windows and you have effectively blocked most or all of the signal coming from your wireless carrier.

What's the answer? It's called a repeater system. A Repeater system is used to bring the signal from outside the structure in to an amplifier and rebroadcast it inside the building. Thereby allowing full communication with the cellular carrier. It also works well for increasing data speeds!

Verizon and ATT signal repeater, signal extender, signal booster, signal enhancement for brick building or structure

Depending on the size of the inside area of your building, we have systems to cover most any brick building. You will also need to determine which carrier(s) you need to bring inside.

For further information about repeater systems, please see our easy and detailed tutorial which will help you understand the proper configuration and application for your specific needs.

We have a wide assortment of repeater systems to accomodate most every need.

If you need help selecting the proper system for your needs, please don't hesitate to call or email us. We'll be happy to help. Our representatives are both friendly and knowledgeable. 1(800) 238-2811

Another possible option...

If you only need to improve the reception for one phone or data card and don't want to spend the money on a repeater system, you could simply use an external antenna outside and attach a cable to your device. Please note, not all data cards or cellphones have a port for attaching an external antenna, so this may not apply to you. To determine if your device has a port, please find your make and model on our adapters page.

Directly connected antenna to increase cellphone reception in a brick building

You will need three separate items to make the setup work:

An Antenna, a cable to go from the outside to the inside and an adapter to enable you to attach the whole thing to your data card or cellphone.
