Andrew Multi-Band Panel Antenna for Cellular, PCS and Nextel

New Andrew Panel Antenna for Nextel, Cellular and PCS/GSM
High Gain Professional antennas from Andrew Corp.

Mounts on interior or exterior* wall. Includes mounting plate. Antennas have a built in Ground Plane so there is no need to mount to a metal surface. These antennas do not include cable. Cable is ordered separately  (see below). Your phone will require an antenna adapter or car kit (Motorola or Nokia car kits) to utilize an external antenna.

IMPORTANT: These antennas are directional--meaning that they must be pointed in a productive direction (wherever the cellular signal is coming from). These antennas cannot be set on a desk, coffee table or dashboard and be expected to achieve any reception improvement. They must be mounted upright (as shown here) with the face pointing toward the signal. Cable must exit either top or bottom.

Antenna Adapters and Car Kits

You will need an adapter or car kit for your cellular phone as the method to attach an antenna to your phone. This is the third and most crucial piece of the puzzle. We try to get our hands on as many models of these adapters as possible but some phones just don't have an adapter available. Please check our list HERE or call us for the latest adapters that aren't on the list.

*Antenna is UV Protected and will withstand a wide temperature range. However it is not completely weatherproofed from water. Once antenna is installed in a working location, clear silicone caulking may be applied to the cable entrance and seam between back plate and plastic housing to prevent water from entering the unit.
